Agreement

By accessing schema-cloudhub.digital or engaging Schema Cloudhub Trade Marketing for trade marketing and in-store display services, you agree to these terms. If you are contracting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Services

We provide consulting and creative planning for in-store display strategy, POS material systems, seasonal activation kits, and trade partner briefings. Descriptions and prices on this website are informational. A separate written proposal or statement of work defines the scope, fees, and deliverables for each engagement.

No online payments

This website does not process payments or provide checkout. Invoices and payment terms are agreed offline between the parties.

Client responsibilities

Clients supply accurate brand guidelines, product information, retailer constraints, and approvals on the agreed schedule. Delays in feedback may shift delivery dates.

Intellectual property

Until fees for a deliverable are paid in full, Schema Cloudhub Trade Marketing retains ownership of concepts and files created for the project. Upon payment, clients receive a licence to use the approved deliverables for the agreed retail markets and campaign window, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties will keep non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Thai law, our liability for any claim arising from website use or a services engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific deliverable giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or retailer penalties outside our control.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or scrape content for competing commercial databases without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have non-exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed statement of work specifies otherwise.
